The Clarkston Community Band (CCB) was founded in 1890.
CCB provides the opportunity for amateur musicians to once again enjoy the pleasure of playing in a band under the Clarkston Community Schools Community Education Program.
The membership of the band represents a broad spectrum of backgrounds including nurses, school teachers, engineers, housewives, students, and senior citizens.
The band has a strong sense of community purpose and provides free musical entertainment.
